I'm glad too. Unbelieveable how rotten I felt. The papaya enzyme tablets really seemed to help.

Jan, So glad you are doing better,That is one of my fears getting food stuck the it not going up or down.
Your right we learn from our mistakes, I stubborn and alot of times I need to listen and learn from some one else ,
I have finally started, so what happened to you is now a lesson to me.
As someone else has said I to will be going to Walmart for the papaya enzyme tablets.
