Connie,

I miss her too!  Do you know how she is feeling?  Ever since I've been coming to this forum, Linda has always started this thread.  It doesn't seem the same without her.  Linda, if you are reading, please get well and come back soon!

B- carbmaster yogurt
S- scrambled egg w/cheese
L- protein shake
D- marinated venison loin, sliced tomatoe
S-Hommus and 1/2 pita bread

My nut said I could try the Ezekiel Bread toasted.  I've got some in the freezer, but I'm a little afraid to try it.  What do you gals put on it?  Peanut butter?  Butter?  SF Jam?  What's so good about Ezekiel bread anyway?

Nutritionally speaking Ezekiel bread is the healthiest bread you can eat.  I have the recipe on my other computer.  I've toasted it and eating it plain (just toasted) with eggs, or toasted with peanut butter and a dot of strawberry jam.  My mom loves it toasted and then lowfat cream cheese on it.

I prefer it toasted rather than just out of the bag but I know plenty of people who it un-toasted.

I see you can now buy Ezekiel bagels and muffins too but I have not tried them.

ENJOY!!

I bought the Ezekiel whole wheat and Ezekiel Raisin.  I guess I'll be trying the Raisin first, with the cream cheese, sounds good.

In the beginning and even now, bread would kind of stop up my exit of my pouch.  It's doughy and hard to digest; however, the coaraser the bread, example multi multi grains, the easier to digest.  I don't think I really did bread for months.  Just best to put off all those bad habits for as long as you can and bread, no matter what form, is bad.
