What is New Its Sunday Sept 20, 2009
Happy Sunday Everyone,
Not much going on today. It is 3am and I am wide awake. So I thought I would start the thread.
I had a very nice Jewish New Year even though I didnt do much. I made a nice dinner and called it New Year!!!!!
I have 4 round knitting looms I am willing to give away. If anyone wants them let me know.

Glad you had a lovely New Year, Carla...there's a FROST warning here..I can hear the fans running out on the grape vines across the road from my house..we have 100 acre vineyard there.
Knitting is something Ive never mastered...I do crochet. But Ive never heard of knitting LOOMS. Could you please explain that a bit?
nancy-when you were a lil one did you use a thread spool with nails poked around the top to knit ? sort of like a pot holder loom..
i love my knitting looms--but i am having a mental creative block where i cannot do my regular -needle-knitting!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

we had a nice new years dinner also, and this morning i have to finish
packing and off we go to North carolina to visit my son.
im tired after yesterday, my ankle is killing me, but im sure ill perk up as
the day goes on

morning-am up--need to get motivated- day with my kids and grands- will not be an easy one- mom is getting on my last nerve however i love her and am blessed with having her here....
NO WORD on the house showing--grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
very frustrating morning-went for the uhaul-did all the paperwork-got it hooked to mom's car and had to un do it all-she has no trailer lites-darnnnnnnnnnn
michael had house all spiffy---went to goodwill and wally's for scrips--came home to nap but couldn't sleep so got up and took mom and we both got our hairs cut==i enjoyed a shampoo and a scalp massage-the gal could sense i needed it!!!!!!!

Hello to all of you,
I am new on the WLS 50 and over forum. Hope all is well. We are in the process of taking the carpet out of the front of the house so my project today is to clean up what my husband messed up during the week while I was at work. So much dust from sanding the floors. Will be glad to get this project finished. Going to look very nice. Then it will be on to painting. I also have to get myself ready for a couple of medical procedures that are being done on Tuesday. Got to have an Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy all in the same day!!! So much fun. Maybe this will help me to lose the few pounds that I have put on in the past couple of weeks. Can't seem to get my mind off eating. I think my body is craving something that I just can't figure out so I am eating a lot of different things - that I should not just trying to figure out what my body or mind is craving!!! Do any of you ever go through this? Enough of my rambling. Happy Sunday to all!!! Lynne
