Margo,
Have you thought of burying a statue of St Joseph, he is the patron saint of selling house. Friends of mine from Ohio where about to lose their house, she planted St. Joe and the house sold. Goggle him and get the instructions, you have to bury him in a certain spot on your property facing a certain way.

My friend gave me her St. Joseph statue, but couldn't remember the directions. I googled it and the directions all differ. I just planted him by the For Sale sign. After closing I dug him up and he's sitting on my kitchen windowsill up north. he was underground for about a year. Sometimes he works faster.

I have a friend who swears this did the trick for them when selling their house.
i have the st joseph statue-buried him two years ago-did a ceremony like you're sposed to--prayed every day to him like you're sposed to--dug him up when we took the hous eoff the market-decided this time not to bury him--maybe i'll find him today-he's on my shelf in bedroom-
I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
