One Year Anniversary!
I know I haven't been around for a while... life has been pretty crazy! I wanted to stop by real quick and just share with everyone that today is my one year anniversary of my RNY surgery!
I'm down about 115 pounds and no more diabetes, sleep apnea, or high cholesterol.
Woo hooo!!! I'm thankful to my surgeon, hospital, a gazillion other health care support people and my family and friends. I'm also thankful to this wonderful group of people on OFF and the rest of OH.com.
Thank you for always being there for me.

Congratulations Laura, sounds like you've used the tool to it's fullest advantage!
Best wishes for your continued "successing" as one of my home board members calls it, because success in this journey implies we've reached an end and there is no end so long as we continue to live and breathe. . .
Hugs, Laureen

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
