Vitamin B3/Niacin question

Does anyone know how much Vitamin B3/Niacin an individual can safely take daily?

I read about this today on WWW.drweil.com. He said adult dose was 14mg per day. Hope this helps,good luck!

Depends on why you're taking it. If to treat high cholesterol, some ppl take 500mg twice/day.

Most B complexes have 50-100mg per pill.

Yes I recently read that B3/Niacin is good for reducing cholesterol....I'm trying to lower my LDL.
