Drinking out of a fire hose?  Hmmm......I'm wondering if you could put chocolate martinis through one? Might make both of us feel better?  I'm trying to avoid painting trim around the house. Maybe if I were tispy I could get out of it. You think?

Morning Off
Been a while since I had a chance to post.  I do read most days though.   This little one is keeping me busy!  between shrink sessions and her activities  shes a live wire.  better than the  quiet little mouse  she was when I first got her.
I'm  heading up  to see mom again.   Shes decided that she wants to go shopping for a new sweatshirt because shes cold and shes tired of the clothes she has.    Its great to see her interested in getting out.

working today 1-9 and hate the thought of going in but oh well we need the money....tomorrow i work 8-12 then off til sunday when i work 8-230 i am thinking...new schedule isn't out til this afternoon so won't know til i get there.

got started on the flower making last night...omg its been a long time since i did those and ofcourse i screwed up on a couple and had to start them over again but i got it now...lol not sure why my arms get hives from the yarn...it doesn't matter which type of yarn i use they still get hives on them...will try the lotion pat suggested to me and see if that helps. bandit thinks the flowers are new toys for him...LOL rick caught him with one and told me to look at him....LOL bandit was tossing it around and shaking it up!!!! had to tell him those were MY flowers not HIS!!! he just looked at me like but i was having soooo much fun!!! LOL

well i am out of here and back to making more flowers...keeping my hands busy and not thinking of grazing all the time...thanks again pat for sending me the yarn!!!!!!

welcome to the new people and know i DO read your posts!!! its this old and SLOW pc that keeps me from posting all the time. also to the regulars....i also DO read your posts and again i don't post because of this pc being so darn slow!! hopefully i will get my pc hooked up soon so it will be faster to use!!!

morning all!
carla-that headache has gone on too long.....

hoping everyone has a great day--mine started well- we slept in -it was 830 when i got up and felt refreshed-tho i had difficulty getting to sleep last nite....made breakfast and have cleaned up-need to shower and get moving-michael's dr appt (stress test and echo cardiogram) are at 1145-he is scared/nervous...he knows there is nothing to be afraid of--however-and i'm not telling him--i had a preonition last nite- so-prayers needed.

once they get him in to the testing area i plan to do some shopping..nothing exciting but a few stores in that area that i miss since we moved out where we are.and then i am sitting down with the checkbook to get everything entered neatly--the money is there but the book is empty! and i know better!

speaking of checkbook- i had worked very hard last month at transferring some deposits and w/drawals to our new acct so they would hit this month-good thing i looked last nite-my pension was still put into the old acct and the life ins payment for me was taken out-darn! so--i know it takes time- just glad i hadn't closed the acct yet!and glad taht i looked!

worker's comp is playing it's game again about michael's PT-his 1xweek has run out and they have yet to approve the dr request for the 3x week--request sent 9/3 !!! so yesterdya, m spent time on the phone between dr and atty and finally atty said she would take care of it--ummm...i'm thinking that's what they get paid for but whadda i know???so--we shall see how long it takes this time...

i must say that michael is getting very frightened about this aneurism--maybe we should have been all along but he is def showing the wear and tear now and trying to get things "right" and "done"....have no clue when that surgery wil be done since he has to wait for this testing today....

my day at work was better than expected yesterday but i am walking a fine line with my patience and my duty and responsibility--i will expand some other time on this---

ok- shower time--oh! yesterday i put those shoes on and OMG-by 9 am i changed into my flips!!! well-on the bad foot-i left the right sneaker on ..looked silly but i don't care! for ankle support they are better-so we shall see what happens today- will be walking etc so probly flips again but toes are getting cold!!!!!!!
