The last disability attny I had had STACKS of files all over his office. He said he knew where everything was, sure looked scary to me though.

Good morning Carla and everyone.....
Cold, wet and gloomy day today. High of 54 degrees forcasted today through next Tuesday. I need to go shopping for warmer clothes!!
Carla...hope you headache goes away. Migraines are no fun especially when they last for days at a time.
Where the heck is everyone...no Brenda..I know she is having computer problems..what about Lightswitch...hardly ever see Darlene or Marc and several others. Hope everyone is okay!

went to Greece-had her evision and vanished now that she is retired!!!!!
at least joyce popped in a minute or so..and marilyn is here-what about marylyn in georgia?. the list can go on-not leaving anyone out intentionally!!!!!!!! pat a-she's on fb --we must not be good 'nuff anymore!!!!!!!! j/k!!!!!!

I called Joyce cuz I knew she was having her knee replacement soon and wanted to know exactly when and where so I could update everyone. And I missed her. I need all of you folks so much, so when I don't see you, I just pick up the phone and give you a ringy-dingy. And even sometimes when I see you ... some of you answer, some of you don't. Oh well.
Anyway, Joyce is very active and busy ... she does a lot more than I do. Makes me dizzy thinking of all she does. it's enough for me to go to work and come home and sleep.

Sorry you're not feeling well. I've tried calling you but your voicemail box is full so nowhere to leave a message.
Not much going on here. Another day of blissful do-nothing vacation. I wanted to get some stuff done around the house, but haven't done any of it yet. Maybe today ... or not. I'm on vacation. I can do what I want. Went to the dentist yesterday and had no problems other than the ones I knew about ... a few teeth that need crowds but I can't afford to do crowns on until next year. Met with my friends for a pleasant lunch before that. Then came home and watched baseball all night.
Well, it's payday and my little less-than-half a paycheck is there, so after paying my bills I have to go spend it. I have to pick up some prescriptions and get a few groceries and cat supplies. Not much. I have leftover Chinese food I'll have for lunch when I get home.

Good morning...almost noon...everyone. Didn't get to sleep until 4:00am so I am not too perky. Was doing so well last week. Slept almost all night every night.
I am not up to much. Weather is a little cooler her in Texas, nothing like some of you are seeing. Just cool enough for a nice walk.
Saw the ENT about my throat. I can't talk after I sneeze and I can't sing worth heck anymore. He decided that some of my medication is drying me out . It was interesting, He did a scope of my voice box and had me sing something with low and high notes and DVD'd it. Have you ever tried to sing while grasping you tongue and pulling it out of your mouth as far as it would go?? My vocal chords look like some sea creature feeding. Maybe an octopus or something. Weird. He gave me the DVD as a keepsake. He also gave me a spray to use and reccommended a voice coach that works with injured voices. The spray and removal of the antihistmine has helped. I was able to make it all the way through rehearasal last night without pain. Of course now I have to call the allergist and see if she will allow me to stay of the allegra. What a balancing act.
My mom is back in the hospital. she has been there almost a week. She's on coumadin and was bleeding and needed surgery to stop it. Now she is bleeding worse than ever and was given two units of blood last night. I am waiting to see how she is this morning. She is 87 and was ready to come home from rehab when this happened. So.....we are right back where we started.
And such is life.........
