Its October 1st, time for the Review or Coffee Talk
Happy October everyone,
Well we have finally made it to October.....time for cooler weather, Leaves changing color and the first snow fall up north that is!!!!!!
I am nursing a migraine so Ive been down and out in bed!!!!!! I surely hope it goes away or if it doenst I hope it is a sign that I might be getting a job........!!!!!!!!!
Wellit is 1234am and I think I am finally getting sleepy.

Good morning all. Well our move is complete at work. Almost. They were supposed to move my computer down to my new seat. Instead, they gave me a new computer. Which is fine, except it does not have the programs installed in it that I need to do my job. No databases. No email. I put in a help ticket with IT, hopefully it will be fixed by tomorrow night.

Good Morning all and welcome to Cold October here in NY.
I'm off school today...have a drs. appointment to see if I need my gall bladder removed. I've been telling them for 6 months to take the danged thing out. NOW..they think it needs to be done!!!!
Packed my bag just in case its comes quicker than usual..so I'm sitting here with a cat on my lap (she's keeping me warm) and trying to decide what to take with me ..just in case.
I hate missing school..but.

Thank you Connie!!! I'm actually quite pleased about it...I've been having problems with pain and my digestion since May. I keep telling the doctor to take out the appendix and gall bladder...he does all kinds of tests and says everything is fine...FINE..I'm in pain!!!
Finally my LFT's went high (liver function tests( and yesterday it was an increase in my alkaline phosphates or something...that they finally went ..OH NO>>it is the gall bladder. So if it comes out ...good.
I'll let everyone know how I make out if I come home today...I may be in for surgery tomorrow for all I know.

Good luck, at least these days with the new procedures, it's not the kind of surgery it used to be. . . at least I hope you will be able to have the newer procedure!

It's 37 degrees here in southwest Michigan this morning....and yes, my furnace is running! Good news, the sun is shining brightly.
Slept in this morning until 7:15 and it felt so good. Have a sty in my left eye, saw the eye doc yesterday because it hurt so bad, he prescribed ointment and hot compresses. He went ahead and did my annual eye exam then. The pharmacy was out of the ointment so can't get it til this afternoon. Eye feels a bit better this morning.
Laundry this morning and make my big batch of chili....This afternoon is our monthly Ladies Aid meeting, we're getting ready for our semi-annual rummage sale in two weeks. I already have three boxes of "stuff" to take. We always do really good $$-wise.
Time to get my green decaf tea and get on the bike. Hope everyone has a super day.
