what are we eating, etc.
ive been really trying to scale back on my food, and i cant seem to!. so im
a bit discouraged.
well todays plan is
coffee, decaf x 2 with milk
1 sugar free muffin with 1 pat butter
snack - oh yeah protein drink
lunch out so not sure
dinner - turkey with a little gravy
prob. a veggie or small salad
anyway im trying to try harder but i know my snacking is doing me in right now
i really need to think this all through, i so dont want to fall into old habits

Ive been busy getting super organized so JB and I can get away for a few days..I finally managed to have a window of six days! We are headed to Quebec..to see my cousin Michel who wrote old family stories of my great great grandparents so Im doing the illustrations. Also touring the Laurentian Mountians with cousins Bobby & his wife Georgette.
Making sure I have two packets a day prepared in baggies of my Matrix hot chocolate w/skim milk powder for breakfast and for bedtime to make sure I get enough protein in. Taking a cooler too for cheese sticks, peanut butter, hard-cooked eggs, snack -sized cans of salmon salad, crackers, bananas and peaches.
Today:
B Matrix hot chocolate protein drink made w/ skim milk(low fat) powder
S banana (my water-pill prescription insists I eat a banana for each pill I take)
L cottage cheese & crushed, unsweetened pineapple
S home made tomato soup
D shrimp
S possibly Skinny Cow fudgicle
