Good morning to you, Debbie and thanks for starting the thread. I am going to work today on solving the Where is Linda mystery. I hope that I can find something out. I will keep everyone posted on that.

Food is something that isn't really my problem right now. I am eating to eat and I began losing weight again so that is a good thing. I was shocked the other day when I got on the scale and saw that. It was an unexpected happy time for me. I have been having the problem mostly now with the water part of this life for us. I am just not thirsty and I can't seem to find the place for the water. I am full with the bit of food that I am eating and then get sick to my stomach if I try to drink with there being no room down there in Harpo. So I am spacing things out and working really hard at this problem now. It just seems like problems with this new life of ours never stops but at least they can most of the time be remedied easily.

I am going for now and I hope to have something to post on our sweet Linda. I am sending love and hugs to all and prayers for everyone. Have a good one and thanks for doing this for us.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Brenda,

I hope you can find out where Linda is and how she is doing.  We've all been very concerned.  I'll keep checking back to see if you have any news.

You take care....it's so good that you're back!

Debbie

I seem to be in the same predicament as you Brenda.  Don't feel like eating, but do, and can't seem to get in the water.  More often than not lately, when I eat, I vomit.  Not everyday, but too much for my liking.  I do good with certain foods, but I need variety.
Good luck finding Linda.  Hope everything is ok.

Hi Debbie,
It's none of my business really but it seems to me like you have very few calories there for today.  Do you add some protein drinks to the food you listed??  Just curious...

Today is my "free" day.....I'm not sure what I'll have as my splurge.....
The menu for today is..

Start: Whey Protein Powder
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/walnuts, cranberries, raisins
Lunch: Zucchini Curry Soup, Chicken Italiano, Bulgar Wheat
Snack: Fiber One w/Soy Milk , 1/2 apple, 2 prunes
Snack: Coffee, 1 piece of 90% chocolate
Dinner: Fillet Mignon, zucchini, potato
Dessert:  ??? not sure yet

Have a great weekend
Ruth

Ruth,

Yes, I sometimes do supplement with a protein supplement, 30 grams.  I try to eat extra cheese or beans to help boost the protein too.

I am back on liquids so I won't have anything to post. Mostly, I am drinking chicken and beef broth, water, eating jello, and sugar free popsicles.  That's about it.  I am drinking about a half cup of broth at a time and while I can eat the cream of soups, they make me sick so I am just doing the broth.  I am hoping that it helps the ulcers to heal.  I don't know.  Anyway, I am keeping hydrated and that's the important thing.
