Introduction - Newbie on this forum

Wecome!  I am fairly new here myself and I am so glad that I found this forum too.  Not only are the people supportive, they are funny.  I always get a good giggle daily.  The off topic posts are wonderful too. 
You sound like you are doing quite well with the weight loss.  Good for you!

Welcome to OFF Pat.  We had our surgery on the same day, and weight wise we were about the same too.  I'm 58 now and feel better than I have for years.  I first started out on the RNY board, but didn't feel it was the right place for me.  Then I found OFF and a new family.  It becomes addictive checking out the forums.  I could spend all day on the computer if I let myself.
Lots of knowledge and advise to be learned here.
I hope you stick around and we get to know you better.
I can be quite sarcastic at times, so take some of my comments with a grain of salt.  I'm warning you as I've warned others before you...:)

Good morning Pat G.,  Welcome to our lil corner of OH.  You are gonna love it here.  I don't post often but wanted to come out of lurkdom and welcome you.  Congrats on your weight loss.  It's so much fun on this loser's bench, you will love it.  I have to call you Pat G. as we also have Pat R. and myself as Pat A.
