Things are beginning to get back to normal, whatever that is!!

Today I went back to work.  I had two weeks off following my RNY on Sept. 30.  Yesterday I got to upgrade to the soft diet.  I'm so enjoying cottage cheese, tuna fish salad, and chicken soup.

The process has been amazingly easy on me.  Other than being tired, I didn't have a lot of problems.  I'm looking forward to the next few months, hopefully downsizing as I go!

I'm down 120 pounds - thanks to RNY!  Working on the next 25.  Then I'll tackle more...

Isn't it amazing?  I'm 4 months out and so far it has been great.  I am just now starting to really feel hunger occasionally.  I've gone from size 20-22 to 16 and feel wonderful.  You'll do the same!!!

About 3 months out, you will get this incredible burst of energy (or at least I did). Unfortunately for me, it didn't last long enough. But while it was there, it was like I was on caffeine all day long (although I wasn't). Made up for being so tired. Now I'm back to being tired all the time.

Mary, it is great when the transition goes smoothly, hope your transistion continues to be smooth and when was the last time you were excited about cc, tuna and chicken soup (lol)!

Wishing you enjoyment of the journey you are on.
