Big Medicine TV Show

A friend received an email from Dr. Garth Davis asking for a favor that she spread the word about his show and a need for higher ratings.  This is what he said...

Big Medicine's all new "Where are they now" episode is airing on November 18 during prime time on Discovery Health.  It is basically a do or die for the show.  We have to get a good rating or the show will be cancelled.

 

The problem is that Discovery Health is almost dissolved at this time and is not advertising the show at all.

 

I would really appreciate it if you can blog as much as possible and tell others to blog about the show.  Let them know that if they want Big Medicine to continue we need viewers on that one night.

 

If we pull a high rating and the show is picked up again the producers feel it could be picked up for several seasons on TLC or maybe even Oprah channel.

Thanks for posting this.  I copied your post and added it to the other forums here I visit.  I really like this show, but it doesn't come on that frequently.  I hope they don't take it off the air.

I know several people that have been on the show from the Texas Message Board, to include my very dear friend, Jill.

Watching that show is what gave me to courage to have my lap band done.  We don't get discovery health where I live.......wonder if there is an address where we can write to encourage them to keep the show on the air.
