Hi Laureen and Thanks for the Good Wishes. I had to laugh at your remark about the energy pent up in the layers of fat for so many years. I have to pinch myself somedays to really believe how much energy I have and how good I feel. Man, I felt soooooo tired and awful before and thought that was the way I was going to feel for the rest of my years here on earth.
