I'm so glad to see you here! I'm right there with you, I'll be 56 in about 3 weeks. This forum is a great bunch of folks, none of the drama you see elsewhere.

Hello all......I discovered this board this evening and I'm enjoying reading the post.  I'm 52 and 8 mo.'s out and doing "wondermous"(daughter's word).  I'm 125 lbs. less of a person.  Looking forward into getting to know you all.

The best way to get to know us and us to know you is to post on the What's New thread that runs daily.  Whoever is up after midnight and feels like starting it, starts it.  Read all about our goings on for the day before and plans for the next day. And let us know what you are doing.

By the way, I am 58 years old, married to the same woman for 35 wonderful years.  She had RNY in 2006, I had mine in 2007.  we have lost 250+ lbs between us.  And life is wonderful. 

We have 2 kids and 6 grandkids (3 of each) and they all live within 45 minutes of us.

Most important thing to know about me is I am a baseball fanatic.  A season ticket holder for the Texas Rangers.  Love me some baseball.
