Hi it's Wednesday, what's new?
I started logging my food on fitday again. Yesterday I hit 1367 calories, 53.6 fats, 109.6 carbs and 124.7 proteins. I'm not sure, but I think the fats and carbs are too high. Input anyone? I did lose another pound so now I'm officially 30 pounds from my goal. I'm only 5 pounds from my doctor's goal tho, so that makes me feel pretty good. I will take any advise I can get. Last night I only ate one bowl of popcorn and felt really good about it. I'm being compliant, which is a miracle.
Hugs and prayers to everyone, especially to Jacki's Bob and also Carolyn for continued success with their cancer treatments.

Turn off the phone, just let people who matter know that you are doing so and then remind yourself to turn it back on again. . .

(((OFF))) :-) have a great day and keep warm!!!!
I am at work, reading posts, was busy yesterday and today there is some nitty stuff to take care of, but otherwise all is quiet.
I made it to the gym again last night, as I did not have the opportunity to work out in work due to a project I was working on, so I put on my gym clothes and went straight to it after work, did a 45 minute treadmill workout, it's one where it takes you up and down and faster, slower, gives a full workout and makes you know it! The good news is that I got on the scale this morning and am already 1.5 lbs down from my gain, so the moral of the story is that you can take back control of things by doing what worked in the beginning!
Last night I made Roxie sleep in her bed by my bed, as I did not want a repeat performance of the night before, where she itched me awake, so instead she woke me up barking at about 1:15 seems she needed to go out, oh well, the joys of doggie love. . . this morning she seemed to be itching a bit less, so perhaps the benadryl is helping, oh and she is filling out nicely, as she was very underweight initially, so I'm thinking of cutting back on her food intake to 2x a day from the 3x I was feeding her, as I don't want her to get overweight. . .
Ok, I want to wish you all the best day possible within all the many situations you have to contend with. Prayers and positive thoughts to all with a special need and even for those that are doing ok!
Hugs, Laureen

Nothing much new with me. I am just putting one foot in front of the other and getting through all the crap!
It has been a busy work week for me....thats what I get for taking 5 days off!! Took most of Monday and half of Tuesday to get caught up with emails and voicemails.
I need to get back to work....have a wonderful day everyone. Keeping you in my prayers ....special ones to those in need.
Love and hugs to all.....connie d
I go to the doctor this afternoon...nothing really wrong but just my regular visit with her. I do have to talk to her about the falling going on again. I am so unsteady on my feetsies! I just start to stumble and down I go after doing the dance to where my body wants to go down. Oh well...we will see just what she is going to say.
The sun is out and shinning brightly but I fear not for long. I guess the snow is suppose to start later on...and snow is what we are going to get too. I guess most of Illinois and Indiana is going to get 6"-8" But of course our area is going to start with the lake effect stuff tomorrow morning...and they said that there is going to be a lot of that crappola to come! Oh brother I hate that Lake Michigan being in my front and back yard! Of course the front door is facing north...right to the lake. We are about 4-5 miles from Lake Michigan and so we get a fair amount of the icky stuff she hands out.
DS is here and helping Dad take the Christmas tree down for the year. I am sad when it comes down...I like the peace that I feel from it. Even though for the last several days it hasn't been lit at all. I always keep it up until Epiphany. That is the 12 days of Christmas and when the 3 Wise Men got to the Christ child. So today is the 6th and today is Epiphany and so down it goes. Bill wanted it down before now but I said no...and I got my way...which I usually do anyway. haha
I better get going. I am sending love and hugs to all and prayers and good thoughts are going out for everyone. Have a wonderful day and don't forget to smile those gorgeous smiles you all have.
