Morning all. My part of the barge ha**** some rough water. Two days of not planning well has done a number on me. Gotta get back on track today. I've got to figure out (TMI ALERT) how to get less "bloated", if you know what I mean. I take stool softeners every day and it helps, but not enough. Sorry, but you know us, we talk about everything here. Any suggestions are welcome!!!!

Here's the plan as I see it today:

latte --sf, ff

bkfst burrito

latte--sf, ff

orange--nope

1/2 pita with lite mayo and shaved turkey

cottage cheese w/ applesauce

stuffed chicken breast, brussel sprouts--nope, got off work late and Gary's phone was off so he couldn't start it.  Had 1/2 sm Wendy's chili on a baked potato. Yummm, but I missed my brussel sprouts!

So....how rows YOUR boat???

Good morning Susan and the rest of the barge crew.  I use two stool softeners followed by a hot cup of decaf -- it works within a half hour.  Hope this helps.

Breakfast:  Protein drink

Lunch:  Crustless pizza (gosh I love this -- just made another one this morning - lol)

Snack:  Sharp cheese

Dinner:  Laureen's crock pot stuffed cabbage (can't wait to try it -- it's cooking in crock pot right now)

Snack:  Protein drink

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Debbie

PRUNES!!!!!!  They all help, but those individually wrapped Sunsweet ones are the bomb!  Literally!!!!!  I never travel without them.  Sad, isn't it??

Seriously, though, it was really funny at the first GTG in Dallas when Karen C, Debbie S and I unpacked our suitcases.  I think we all brought them.

Brilliant minds, and all that...

Hmmm, I only have problems when I don't drink enough water. . .  in the mornings I try to drink at least 16 to 23 ounces of water before I have my coffee and for some reason, it's like a laxative pushes right through me. . .  but I generally don't have a problem, as I said, unless I have not been drinking my 64 ounces of decaffinated fluids. . .

Lap Band on 05/21/07 with
Susan,
I use the regular Benefiber too.  It really is tasteless and you can put it in hot or cold dishes.  It totally disappears in applesauce, yogurt or pudding and doesn't change the texture.
B - Pure Protein Bar
L - Wendy's Chili - have to run out to do errands at lunch time
S - Yogurt
D - Pork Chop with salad and some veggie.
S - applesauce
Have a good one.
Bev
