Hi Susan and everyone!
I am off to a late start. I slept in. I really hate when I get a late start. Oh well..
B- Banana and peanut butter.
Snack - Some grapefruit.
Lunch - Protein shake
Snack - Not sure.
Dinner - Cottage cheese and maybe a salad. I bouth too much cottage cheese this week and have to use it up.
Snack - Some pistachio nuts and a string cheese.
That's it for me.

Susan, - sometimes a stick of dynamite seems to be a good idea. Instead I take 2 - 3 Phillips MOM tablets along with the stool softeners.
B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi
L - green salad with shredded cheddar & a sprinkle of cashews. didn't eat lunch until after 3 pm so the rest of the day will be difficult to get in
d - might be iffy
S - skip it

l - chili w/ cheese and saltines
s - peanut butter on rye crisp crackers (2)
d - low fat chicken/veggie stew

My day was messed up. Had to spend half of it at the ER with my aunt. She's fine and back at the nursing home. Had a fall but nothing broken thank goodness.
Breakfast: Coffee with 1 scoop protein powder, clementine
Lunch: 3 oz eye of round roast
Snack: low fat string cheese stick
Supper: ground beef patty
Snack: a handful of pretzels... I grabbed them on the way out of the facility. I had to go back up there to placate a new admit and her family. I really am trying to cut out the pretzels. I was bad. I'm working on the last of my water right now.
