Hi Everyone, I just got back from sunny Arizona. My DH and I flew out of denver. It was 10 below zero. We got to Phoenix and it was 70. We had a great time. I hated to come back to the freezer. This week I am playing catch up. Have a great week everyone. Mona

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!
Hi Carla and my OFF family:
I had a whole long post typed and almost finished when my computer decided to restart (well, a program was done uploading and the next step was to restart ... but usually they ask if you want to restart now or later ... this one just made the decision for you ... how rude!).
Anyway, back to work tonight. I have a realtor coming over this afternoon at 1 so I have to pick up a bit here yet so he doesn't see how much of a slob I actually am. I want to get the rest of my Christmas decorations down. All I have left is the village and to put back my photos and dust a bit. Not too much. I miss the lights already. I have to figure out what to do with the other little tree because I'm not going to keep both out ... or maybe I will ... they look nice. I like all-year trees. I have my Mardi Gras beads on them.
I didn't go to a movie yesterday. After my psychologist's appointment, my knee was hurting too much ... I still wanted to go pick up some stuff at a couple of stores, but skipped that, too, because I was in too much pain and just wanted to get home. And I was tired because I didn't sleep well the night before. So I just went home and did some undecorating and hung around the house with the cats, who uncharacteristically, napped on my lap most of the afternoon.
Well, I should get going since I've typed this twice. I need to get that village down and do some dusting ... not my favorite thing. Have a good day.

I slept in today. Don't know why. I have sleep apnea and I do where oxygen at night. However something broke on my oxygen tank and I could not use it last night. I am just wondering if that affected my sleep.
Steve and I had fun yesterday. Went to Olive garden. Believe it or not it was packed at 2pm. I was surprised. We didn't have enough time to see a movie but I guess that is another day.
He bought me roses and a beautiful card.
I have tons of laundry to do today. I hope I can get it all done. I hate having a big pile. If I let it go for a day or two I am burried.
Nothing too much new. Going to call my dad soon to see how he is. He came home from the hospital yesterday.

Late as usual. I got 12 out of 25 stipes done on the afghan I'm making. Then I have two border stripes to do all the way around it. I'm hoping I can have it done in ten more days. It's coming out so nice that I may make the same one for myself. I love Google because you can find free patterns for anything now. That's where I got this one from.
Uneventful weekend. Cleaned and did laundry mostly and crocheted. It's still cold and raw even though we are up in the 40's now. I grocery shopped at lunch and left everything in the car because it's still cold enough.
Nothing planned for tonight.
