Thanks for your suggestions!  6 years out for you - HOW WONDERFUL.  Have you had much trouble keeping the weight off during these last 3 or 4 years?  My daughter had the surgery 3 years ago and right about the 2 year mark, she started gaining a bit of weight, although she got it under control and has since lost even more than her all time low after surgery.  She definitely has to work at it.  Thanks for helping rookies like me!

Hi Drena
It hasnt been to bad actually EXERCISE however is the key and I have to do it 5 -6 times a week. I actually love it now and if I go a day or two without doing it , I feel sluggish.
I do 30 min of some type of areobic exercise and I do weights 3 -4 times a week.  I do the areobic stuff everyday of some sort.
I also eat lean meats veggies etc and still lots of tuna , cottage cheese etc .
I pretty much eat normal now but  I eat small amounts 6-6 times a day , I actually eat every 3 hours ,,,Not chips etc but like breakfast i have oatmeal with banana maybe ,, then around 930 or 1000  I have snack of a small cup of cottage cheese or an apple or something like that.  THen lunch and around 230 or so another snack  and so forth .
I hope you do well and know you will ..
