Good Morning. It's Monday. What's new with you?

Good Morning, Everyone

I'm still up.  Got home from work about 45 minutes ago, and am SO not ready to go to sleep.  I think the 10 minute walk to the car in 22 degree weather and the 30 minute ride home might have something to do with it.

Not much happening with me this week.  Lots of little stuff to get done before the cruise.  I made a list.  Actually I made lots of lists.  I just keep putting them down and losing them.  One of the things I have to do this week is get my income tax stuff together as I have an appointment a few days after I get home.  Fun, wow!

I've been reading the OFF board a lot lately, and trying to stay afloat on the barge.  It's helping, and it's good to know that after over 3-1/2 years, when I put my mind to it and stick to the plan, that the tool still works.  I was starting to wonder.  But I'm trying to go back to the basics last week and this week, and I'm losing some of the weight I've put on.  I just want a little cushion for the trip, so I can enjoy the food, albeit in moderation.  (And so I can breathe in my summer clothes.....)

Gonna try to get some sleep.  Post on, everyone, and I'll join you in the morning, with my coffee.

Good morning.  I too am tired.  But I have 5 more hours of work.  25 minutes until my power nap though.

Have to work later today at both jobs, then I am off both jobs Tuesday.  Taking Mary to Red Lobster and the Stars game.

Not much else happening here.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Good morning, Candy, George and my OFFer's

If you all have a chance to go to yesterday's "what are you eating thread", please go welcome Jodi O back to the fold. She's a dear heart who's been gone for a couple of years. Take a look at her profile, she's had all of her plastics done and looks amazing!  I'm sure she'll love a big OFF welcome home!

Well, this is the last day of my 4 day string of time off, two weather days, then my regular two. Have I gotten anything done?  Not no, but HECK no. Feel like a bum, but today Gary goes back to work and I'll get it together...like the little engine that could....I think I can, I think I can.....

Sorry to say I think Saint Bella is dying on the vine. Tess is so busy that she really doesn't have a lot of time to commit, and without her, I can't get motivated (nor should I do it all) to get out there and promote it. My son is considering graduate school and that would mean a possible move out of state, so then what would happen with it? I'm into this financially in a big way, and would love to have made back my investment, so I'm pretty bummed about that. Oh well, lots of good stuf has come from it, mostly my relationship with Tess. That alone is priceless!

Okay my 30 minute Foxamax Monday coffee delay is over.....gotta get a cuppa

Love and hugs

Susan

Don't let Saint Bella dye on the vine......  If you have to get a high school or college person to help out.  Even part time.  It'll make a difference....  I did that a few years ago when I sold Mary Kay.  I had a gal help me out with inventory and some of the computer work.  I could not pay high wages but she was thrilled to have even a little bit of money.....

Hi, good morning, Candy and everyone who follows!

I can't believe it's February 1st already!  Once again, the year is starting to fly by, lol.  Candy, so cool you've got a cruise to plan for!

We had to put off celebrating Little T's birthday again.  Maybe tomorrow?  We'll see ...

As for today, DH wants to see "Avatar" at the Imax theater an hour away.  I said I'd go so I can't back out but ... I didn't realize it was such a looooooooong movie!  I have trouble sitting for more than an hour without being able to get up and move around because of the pain in my back.  :(  I feel sorta "stuck" if ya know what I mean....

Female Coffee DrinkerWouldn't it be nice to really sit and have coffee with the group?

The birthday party was good. We were the last to arrive and the M&M's were immediately in my lap. Melanie eyed my new necklace and asked to wear it for a while. She is a girl after my own heart and loves her jewelry. Matthew was fascinated with my black pantyhose. His Mom doesn't wear anything but 'Mommy clothes'. Maybe he's going to be a leg man?

Time to shower and get to work.

Kisses
Annette

As a newbie here, I'll try to join in.  You all know one another so well.  I've got to work on knowing the names of your loved ones/friends so I can feel more a "part of the crowd".

I'll be leaving for work in about half an hour.  I live in a small town and work only 5 blocks from home.  Such a long drive...  One of these days, I'll walk, but it's too cold out right now.

I will work M,****hen Th, my husband has cataract surgery.  From there, we will head to Des Moines to spend the long weekend babysitting our 2 youngest granddaughters.  Our daughter, Christa and her husband Skye are going to San Francisco for a work related trip for him, but they are going to get in some sight seeing.

Our Son, Jason stopped by yesterday to show off his "new" (2006) Dodge Ram pickup.  It is really nice.  My DH was drooling.  Ours is a 2005 and we just got it paid for, so if he even THINKS about buying another one, he's going to have another think coming!  LOL  Jason was quite proud of his new ride.  His son Jarod (5) was with him.  He thinks their new truck is "cool".

Guess that's my week in a nutshell.  Nothing too exciting.  Snow expected again today.  I'm glad February is  a short month.

Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.
