Well I did it....

You will get there.  It just takes time.  I thought I wasn't losing fast enough, I was begining to think this tool, or me was a failure.  See, it does work.

You will get there, I know you are determined.  We just have to be patient with ourselves and follow your plan.

Mary, Congradts on the size 14. I am out 14 days I have lost a little bit of weight and can't wait until summer just to see the scales go down, down, down.
I know that I will have my wow moment.

hey, I remember the day I got into a pair of black size 14 jeans....I was flying higher than a kite!  Each time the size went down I got excited and you will too.

Thanks for sharing in one of my great moments.  I appreciate  the support.  what a group we have here. I love it.

I actually think I could fit into a size 12.  14 seems lose to me.  Went to my doctor and she said my goal weight is 130.  I do agree becaause I am short.  5'.   38 more pounds to lose.

I just hope it comes off fast.  I am excited.

How exciting to be so close to goal......you'll get there!  Remember slow and steady wins the race (I had to tell myself that everyday while I was losing).
