Far and away harder to maintain weight, AND a positive, motivated attitude. Gone are the "good old days" where I'd get too busy at work, miss a meal, and get on the scale the next day to see my weight do down a pound.

Winging it surely doesn't work for me. If I don't journal I'd either be out of control or deficient  in protein or something else. Guess it's the way life will be for me, at least.

I am having trouble getting all the water in and while i've been doing good with watching the carbs and white stuff I increased my coffee intake, the flip side of that is i usually add protein to the coffee and I think that helps.  I need to plan my days better right now i wing it too often.
