Vitatops
Love love love them. My friend who's a ww lifer put me on to them. While they're only 100 calories, they've got 13 gm of sugars, so I limit myself. I've got a chocolate mint one sitting on the table right beside me now. I was going to eat it last night, but didn't cave into it, so maybe I'll have it now. I bought a case of them (variety pack) on-line and keep them in the freezer. Then when I need one, I just take it out and let it sit for a while (or not) and then yum.........

Before I had WLS, I used to order the VitaMuffins (this was before they had the VitaTops) and really liked the Cranberry and Blueberry and Honey Bran ones ... I bought them mostly because they were high in fiber, fairly low in calories. I needed the fiber. I haven't bought them since because I want more protein in my breakfast, but I have seen them in the stores now (and they do have chocolate) ... plus, they also sell mixes, which you could add your own protein to.
