Yes, I'm THRILLED with this round and cannot wait for my last procedure next month.  I'll be glad when it's done and I can just focus on enjoying my new life.  :-)

Hi Susan:

While I'm still 54 lbs away from goal, I have begun gathering names of doctors recommended by friends to begin starting consults soon, especially for the neck, which I would like to do this summer.  The stomach, butt, arms and thighs will have to wait till next summer, but here in So. Fla., good surgeons are booked up a year ahead of time.

I will definitely ask not only to see the "before and after" pics of other patients, but also some names and phone numbers so I can speak to and possibly meet them.

 Been gently floating along...  hit a snag this a.m. with not enough protein but am on my way downstream again.

I guess I better start get food ready for the next day rather than waiting the day of...   seems to help with the indecision of what to eat and when.

Millie, I know I do so much better when I have a plan. When I put my grocery list together I've already decided what I'll be cooking for dinners through the week. That usually provides leftovers for lunches, so all I really have left to decide is breakfast, and that's almost always the same thing. Creatures of habit, that we are!

I'm very very late but it's my first time online today..I've missed a few days posting becuase Ive been so busy with my swim time, visiting Mother and watching the Olympics and by te time I get online, it's so late that I usually don't bother..I just read everyone else's posts instead. However, today, I still feel the need to post the day even though it's mostly over.

B   hot chocolate protein drink

S   2 protein balls & hot green tea

L   LF cottage cheese & crushed unsweetened pineapple

S   cheese & multigrain crackers

D    meatballs in tomato sauce and  two bites of spaghetti to get the craving satisfied...then I was fine.

S   hot chocolate protein drink

3 litres of water and all my supplements
