S- ??probably some almonds and couple prunes
D- No idea yet...ether egg white omelet or maybe Tuna Tacos
S- fruit

I lost 1.6 lbs this week.....I had wanted to just lose about 1 lb ... even though I'm still at goal (actually a couple mins under) I want to see how I'll look and feel if I go down just a couple more pounds.  Not more than 5 because then my face will look way to thin again.  I am also kind of getting ready mode for vacations coming up......I'd rather start vacation 5 lbs lighter than right on goal weight so I have a little wiggle room....know what I mean.  Deep down I know I'd like to be 10 lbs lighter just so I can be back to my lightest point back when I was 22 but my sensible side tells me that will be too low at this time.  We'll see...... (she says with a Cheshire cat smirk).

Hope everyone is having a fantastic Friday!

I know I rant about this 8 lbs I gained, but I know how you feel about wanting to be that "certain number". All of my friends, the ones who can really be honest with me and whose opinions that matter to me, say I look so much better at this weight than before. That's all well and good, but the vain side of me says I have all those size 4 clothes in the trunk of my car waiting to be given away. And then there's the $$ part. Gee, I don't have a bunch of money to go buy more clothes!

You're probably planning well for the trip ahead. Giving yourself that wiggle room where you can not think about what you're eating every minute would be nice.

You are not kidding about the $$ side of this......I've already given away a small fortune in BIG clothing.  I know have A LOT of size 12 and 10 that I can't use.  Part of me wants to try to sell it and part of me says just get rid of it.....
I still have some work suits and dresses that I paid A LOT for in size 18-22 because when I was around size 14 I thought I could take them in myself....well I really can't take a size 22 dress and make ti a size 4/6 and have it look right.  A Tailor will probably charge me $30 - $50 and still I don't think it can be done so I have to sell them or give them away.  Maybe I'll give Craigs List or a garage sale one try...if nothing happens I'll donate them...

Some sort of clothing exchange for people who just had surgery and don't want to spend lots of money as they shrink would be good too but the postage would probably be pretty high.

Oh well, I've rambled on long enough about this....
Have a good afternoon!

I bet you could do well with ebay for those clothes.

And as far as you taking in clothes....girlfriend, you DESERVE new clothes when you've lost this much weight!!!!

LOL.....it seems every time I go out and pass by Marshalls Target, or Ross' I end up stopping in and almost always come out with something new.  Last night I bought 2 pairs of jersey knit pants for kicking around the house....keeps me warm enough without being as heavy as sweatpants.  Should be comfy after my next (and last) plastic surgery later in the month.  Boy I can't wait for all this surgery to be over....then I'll go on a BIG shopping spree!!
