OT: I'm terrified to exercise now...
I can't see the pictures either... but I'm guessing that I've seen pictures like them in the bodybuilding magazines that my DH reads.... you need to remember that these women have taken simple exercising to an EXTREME.... even the men bodybuilders go to extreme measures to exercise and lose weight and get 'cut' before a competition to the point that sometimes they're so weak they can barely stand up by themselves..... so don't let some EXTREMISTS turn you off to working out....
