Rowing and cooking. It appears this boat has a galley!
You know Karen, I love everything about food; cooking, looking at recipes, even grocery shopping. In the last couple of months I've branched out and started making all sorts of different things, some vegetarian, which we've really enjoyed.
I decided if I do a couple of vegetarian recipes a week, I can spend a bit more money on higher quality meat at Whole Foods. It's not like we have big slabs of flesh on our plates anymore, so that helps our dollars go a bit farther, and we enjoy it more.
If posting recipes gets you here more often, I'll keep it up for sure!!!
Hugs!

I seem more willing to exercise 4 days a week for an hour than keep track of exactly what I eat. I think it just goes back to those days of "mandatory" food records at anyone of several weight loss attempts. The trick is to get that exercise in when I'm somewhere else! Those little loafs would be a great thing to take for lunch on the go too.

Oh, I think they'd freeze great! I'd put them on a cookie sheet to keep them seperate, then put them into a ziplock freezer bag. That way, you can take one or two out at a time for a quick and easy meal. I cook like that a lot. Bought one of those Seal-a-Meal things and it's wonderfu. No freezer burn and they'll keep for a very long time. It's nice to have stuff you can just pull out on days when time is short.
