Dehydration How to tell

I'm surprised I can't eat baked fish either.  Fried fish goes down just fine tho.  Weird.  I used to love baked salmon.  Tried it, and it got stuck!  I have no problem with the refried beans tho, thank goodness.  I get a lot of protein from beans in my diet.
Trying hard to get in all my fluid too.  It's much harder for me in the winter than the summer.
