Quick question
We're in bed early every night and up early every morning. Every once in a while, I'll stay up later than my husband and I also want to graze.....a very bad habit I had before surgery. We have to retrain our brains.
Today, I made 5 packs of SF/FF jello to have in the fridge for a healthy snack. Planning is definitely the key. We're all so close to goal and we're going to get there - one day at a time, one meal at a time.
