WOW I'm late but I've been BUSY!
Been putting down mulch and planting a few things....Matthew just went to the store to get 30 more bags of mulch so I'll have to get back out there again.

FYI - with all this yard work exercise I've lost almost 1 lb since Friday (4 days).  Goes to show any activity if you work up a sweat and do it long and hard enough will burn calories.

Hope you are all keeping moving.
Let me know what you are doing to burn calories and stay healthy.

Went to lunch with friends since I didn't get called to work today. I figure if they don't catch me by 9am they are out of luck. Went a nice little spot looking out over the marina on the Columbia River. Beautiful day, glassy water surface.

Ate about 1/3 of salad, brought the rest home. Went to the gym right after lunch for an hour. As much as I sweat it sure seems like the scale should be moving again. My plan for the weeks is to always have exercise clothes in the car. No excuses, at least none that are believable even by me!!
