Hi everyone.....I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell everyone I think of you often.  It seems my life has gotten so busy lately that I do not use the computer that often any more.  Now with summer coming I will be out and about more too.  I to the gym on an average of 4-5 X a week and have aerobics MWF plus walking in my neighborhood with my little Shih-Tzu puppy so I think I am getting plenty of exercise.  I am maintainingat 10 pounds  below goal and am very fortunate not to have any complications in the 18mths since my RNY.  I am aware that if I don't follow procedure and a healthy diet that things could go the other way very easily.  So for now I am a lucky person and feel like a million bucks most days.  I have been fighting the usual head cold for a few days as are so many others around here but hopefully that'll disappear soon.
Love and good wishes to all of you and good luck and congratulations to those new to this forum who have had or are contemplating Weight Loss Surgery.  It changed my life for sure.  The 120 pounds I lost is "ONE WHOLE PERSON"!!!

Love & Hugs,
Sandy

Hi Sandy,

I know how hectic life can be at times.  You really have done well with your weight. Congratulations.  It is the best decision I made.  Also, I didn't have any complications after surgery and to now.

Yep, I bet if you don't follow the weight loss plan, you can easily put it back on.  I don't want to go through that at all.

Good luck and post when you can..:)

Peace
Mary

I am on my way.  What a ride it has been.
