This article is worth sharing.  In my case it wasn't "may" be clue to obesity, it was "will" cause obesity.

Yeah, I agree ... it did cause obesity. Junk food became an addiction that I fight to this day.

It is like a 12 step program you just have to do it one day at a time and stay away from the junk!!!!! But it is hard to do!!!!!

I'm with Eileen.  I'm still fighting the junk.  Unfortunately, my body allows me to eat it and doesn't rebell, so I have to use will power.  It's really tough.  One day at a time.

I started attending OA meetings last November (after many years absence). I have said many times, "They can operate on my stomach, but no one has operated on my head".

IMO, we are and always have been compulsive overeaters. Why not use all of the tools available and for me, OA is just another tool (like reading OH daily).

One day at a time is absolutely right. Good luck to us all!

I still go to a psychologist. I'm still trying to master the emotional eating.
