Good Morning Connie, A walk in the sunshine is always good for my spirits.

Hi Karen,
I've got my pedometer on today and so far have walked almost 1 mile between going to the bathroom and the kitchen and strolling around the house.

I think I've over done things with my arms and will probably be heading back to the surgeon today...I split open the incision that runs across my armpit.  NASTY looking.
I sent them pictures and am just waiting for a call back.  If I do have to go back I probably won't be back on-line for a few days...I suspect Matthew will strap my arms down so I can't use them as much.

Hopefully it won't be too bad..  Never dull for me that's for sure!
Have a great day....I'll try to report back in about how many steps/miles I was able to do today.

Thanks for doing this daily post for me...I may need you to do it a few more days if I end up getting re-stitched.

Ouch Ruth! Be careful or they'll put you in a straight jacket. But on second thought that would be worse. Be careful!

Karen....I did go out for my 3 mile walk today....it felt great!!!

I'm creeping ever closer to the 4 mile mark at the gym. In one hour I went 3.8 miles today. Tomorrow we head to our daughters. She has been a runner but is slowing down at 25 weeks pregnant. I made her promise to go for a walk every day while we're there even if it is raining. I'm taking rain gear as it probably will be. I'll try my best to get the post started the night before if I get busy and forget in the hubbub at Erin's anyone feel free to start it.
