Good afternoon Karen,
WOW it took me all morning to do my shower, change bandages, re-wrap everything and get back into all the garments.
I swear I look and walk like a mummy!!!
I have bandages and compression garments on my arms, breasts, from my waist to below my knees!!!! I walk like I've riding a horse for days, I can't close my arms all the way to my side and I'm bend over because of the Tummy Tuck incision revision....get the picture??? Quite the sight!
After doing all the cleaning/dressing I lay down for 30 mins and felt strong enough to pull lunch together. I was going to just re-heat some chicken and rice I had in the freezer but felt I could a full meal for a change so I did....I made Cajun Tilapia and grilled veg with rice....it was delicious but now I am officially pooped. I'm in bed with ice on my legs......I forgot to drink an extra bottle of water to the bedroom and am too pooped to go and get one. I'll be asleep within about 30 mins.
In the interest of truth and accountability I have to correct the distance I said I walked yesterday morning.....I was surprised when I saw the pedometer said 1 mile before noon....well I read it wrong...not sure what I saw (might have been the painkillers) but I did not walk a mile not even by the end of the day. Today I'm not even checking....I'm just going to rest this afternoon.
I'm starting to drift....hope this message makes sense...LOL

Hi Ruth and everyone.
I am not a happy camper. I got a new car on Monday a Honda Fit. Well today carl walks int the house and told me he had an accident. Welll I thought he fell or something like that. No he said come outside and my new car bumer on the drivers side is cracked and bashed in. He hit another car while backing it up!!!!! Im so pissed at him I made him buy me a pair so scetcher shape up shoes and 2 pair of capris!!!!!

Oh My goodness...sorry to hear about the car....glad Carl was not hurt. Sounds like you made out pretty nice with all the new stuff...lol
