OT: A Hello from me; have you missed me?
Yep- missed you... I knew that you were one that had just recently lost your dog and that you could commiserate with me. Oh well. Also- when I was a little girl I do remember a large group of family members who were camping getting that internal poison ivy reaction from a campfire. That was very bad. Luckily my own (mom, dad, brother and myself) escaped that one even though we were there. Welcome back Laureen!

Aww Julia, did you lose your dear one, if so, please accept my belated condolence on that loss, it is truly a sad time and I must say that I still miss my dear boy, Dillinger, but I am also happy that I have this truly wonderful new friend in Roxie, she has become the Queen where Dillinger was the King. . . opening my heart and home was the best decision for me, not sure it would work for you, but when and if the time is right you will know. . .
Wishing you peace.
Hugs, Laureen

You were gone??? You know I am just kidding. Of course we all missed you.
You didn't get to keep the deer? What a ripoff. Could have made some good chili.
I stopped working outside in a sports bra myself. Too many neighbors were staring at me.
I guess enough of the jokes. But you did leave me an opportunity, just couldn't choose one smarta** remark to make.
Mary found poison ivy in our backyard the other day. We have a friend who's brother is cleaning up our yard with Mary (I hate yard work - if it is nice enough to do yard work, it's nice enough to find a baseball game somewhere). Mary is very allergic to it, so she knows what to look for. She is staying clear of it. Joey pulled the roots out, now we are just waiting for it to die.
You take care of yourself and hope you heal soon.

Hi Laureen, wondered where you were.
Boy, you have had quite the month. I live where there are a lot of deer too. They come at night and chew on all my shrubs. This winter was really bad for the chewing. Pretty much ate everything.
I do love to watch them. they are so beautiful. I hope your life gets a little quiter. Too bad your car was damaged so badly. That sure is a lot of work to be done on it.
You are lucky about the deer. Some people are even killed when that happens. Yep. your angels were around you.
I bet you are very proud of your daughter. How wonderful she has accomplished so many things.
Keep well, and post whem you can. Life gets too busy and takes us away from people and things we like to do. Oh stop and smell the roses. lol Have you planted any of those yet? Hard to keep healthy.
Peace
