I think I'm back on an even keel now, at least I feel like I'm more in control. Recognizing that I was losing that control and was able to get a handle on it might mean I'm learning? Hmmmmm. What a process!
yogurt w/ walnuts, granola

cottage cheese w/ applesauce
iced protein coffee
big ol' salad w/ spinach, turkey, walnuts, strawberries and feta....yummmmm. 2 slices sm french baguette
watermelon
1/4 c granola
all my water and supplements.

Yesterday I felt like I ate alot, but I lost 2 pounds...!!!????
protein shake
4 rye krisp crackers with RF swiss cheese
2 RF cheese sticks with V8 juice
salad with grilled chicken, blue cheese, walnuts,
small pieces of apple (no skin)
graham cracker with pbutter
salad with chicken, small scoop potato salad
4 rye krisps with swiss cheese
SF popsicles (2)
I probably threw in a couple more popsicles cause I was low on water yesterday..I get low when I have to run around alot. So I tried to get up during the night and drink more.
The calcium magnesium chews are huge , but I do notice a difference and I do feel better !
Marcy, I'm so happy to see you doing so well! Looks like you're getting a better handle on things. Are you drinking the V-8 at the same time you're eating the cheese???? HMMMM????? 
Water is almost always an issue for me. I know we shouldn't be buying plastic bottles, environmentally speaking that is, but it's my way of keeping track of how much I've had. After my water and milk in the a.m., I take 4 16 oz bottles with me to work. I know that I can't bring any home....lol. Then, I try to have a protein decaf coffee in the evening, and maybe another bottle of water if it's not too late.

I mowed for an hour this morning with the push mower again. Almost done with the two acres.
7 cups of water so far, all my supplements. I plan to get in 8 more grams of protein before bed tonight with the last 8 oz of water.
