Here we go---sailing this boat together!
Morning crew! How many people does it take to sail a ghost ship, anyway? Seems like it's about 4. Little wonder we aren't getting very far! I expected to have sailed around the world by now, but I can still see the docks! HELP!!!!!!
Yesterday was a light day, got busy and just didn't get around to eating because I didn't. Hmmmm

Good morning Susan and Sybul...
Yesterday I got all my "feedings" in , but boy I don't like it one bit. I travel a lot, just getting from place to place and I'm always carrying my lunch box with me full of "feedings".....
Yesterday...protein shake
crackers (4) with cheese
1 c blueberry juice with cheese stick
greek yogurt (1/2 c) with puffed wheat cereal
crackers (4) with cheese
protein bar
4 crackers with ham and cheese roll up
v8 juice, cheese stick
According to my mom's scale, (which I'm not sure I can trust) I've actually gained 7 pounds !!!!!!! Now according to the NUT if I fluctuate like that its fluid and other waste that we need to get rid of. So...I'm not sure if this eating 8 times a day is working or not. I'll have to stop at my doctors and check my weight on her scale...usually I go by that one. Can't say if my mom's is correct or not , but I won't use it again !!!!!

D - good question - need to peek in the freezer. Green beans and something - probably chicken.
