Hi all,

Everything seems to be rolling down the river here, at least for the time being. Can't ask for much more than that, can I?

Here's yesterday:

carbmaster yogurt, walnuts and LF granola
applesauce and cottage cheese
chicken thigh, 1/2 baked potato
1/2 stuffed chicken breast, sugar snap peas, brown & wild rice
cherries

My work schedule is kicking my butt!  It's all I can do to keep up with my water and food, but I'm paddling as fast as I can!

Hope you're all well and still sailing along. Wish I had more time to respond to folk's posts......maybe someday....sigh

Big booboo this morning. Combination of fresh blue berries and cantalope on cottage cheese was not a good idea. Probably too much sugar.

I feel green. Better get in LOTS of water.

Yup!! I don't usually have trouble with most foods. But I learn real fast what doesn't work.

You try to take it easy. Your schedule is so busy.

Now I will try to go to work. We'll see if things settle so I can go to the gym afterwards.

Wish I could say this was getting easier..but its not..and I'm not enjoying eating anymore...

 Yesterday was:
   Protein shake
   crackers (4) with RF swiss cheese
   greek yogurt with puffed wheat cereal
    graham cracker with peanut butter
    V8 juice/cheesestick
    protein bar
    small salad with chicken and marinated beans
    graham cracker with peanut butter

  Its hard to eat like this when you are out of the house and on the go...I'm trying to find small items that pack protein and 15 gr. of carbs to eat in the car ...or out shopping.  Its not easy...ah welll.....this whole process is not easy..but way worth the fight !!!

Marcy, it is hard and it IS worth it, and I can SO relate!  Are you at least seeing a change in how you're feeling?

Yes,,,  thank you Susan ...I do feel better.  My energy is starting to come back some...but, I HATE EATING !!!!

  Planning for each day when I have errands and stuff is hard...but, I'm doing it and I'm sticking to the NUTS plan...I keep thinking I'm gaining weight, but, my measurements have not changed.

  Thanks for this thread...it really helps me stay where I should be...now if only I could have chocolate cake..!
