Here's a recipe for your crock pot. I much prefer chicken thighs to breasts since they tend to be less dry.

Hey Linda,

I just wanted to pop in with my review of this recipe. We just finished dinner and it was terrific. I did add about a tbs of Thai red chile paste because all I had on hand was mild salsa. Still, it wasn't what I would classify as "hot"
