Here we go---sailing this boat together!
Good morning one and all,
Gary stayed home yesterday and that always means a disruption in my schedule. There is a restaurant that I've been to a couple of times that's a bit on the pricey side for dinner, but lunch is great. He hadn't been there before, so it gave us a chance to have a nice, and very different lunch together.
Here's the day
greek yogurt w/ LF granola and walnuts
beef ca*****o, and 2 small slices basil, tomito and feta pizza (little one serving pizza we shared)
those chicken thighs from the crock pot recipe I posted yesterday, with brown rice and broccoli. Man, was this GREAT!

Hi Susan!
I am back into the swing of things, well sort of.
On vacation in Florida I actually lost 5lbs! All that swimming everyday. I pretty much stuck to my diet there and never really ate anything I shouldn't have. It was actually pretty easy, I thought I was going to have problems.
Yesterday was a quick fix day. I was too exhausted to do anything
Coffee
B- Bannana
S- Nothing
Lunch - Crab cake
S-String cheese
D- Cat fish
S- cottage cheese, pineapple
S- later- A few pretzels sticks

It is afternoon but still thought I'd check in.

L - 1/4 turkey burger, dill pickle
S - apple & pb
D - chicken & green beans
My "fuel guage" is reading low on water so better start drinking or it will be potty trips all night long.
