Here we go---sailing this boat together!

Morning Crew!

My boat is sailing, but I have not earthly idea where it will end up today. Isn't that how life is? We're having a dinner party tonight so I'll be cooking all day. Indian cuisine, mostly vegan and all yummy. I'll let you know tomorrow!

Ok, here's yesterday:

sandwich thin with shaved roast beef
cottage cheese/applesauce
2 Thai thighs----all gone...finally!
1 oz cheddar w/ a fresh pear. OMG it was good
1/2 pork chop, mac and cheese, green beans
applesauce/granola

Yesterday.....

B-yogurt w/ kashi  and one string cheese

L-tuna, cottage cheese and peas

D-talapia and cauliflower

S-SF pudding and cantaloupe

I'm paddling with a sieve.

Yesterday was not so good. Not enough food or liquids. Even the supplements didn't want to go down. I took much of today for me time. Can't work without fuel or I'll sink to the bottom.

Oh darlin' I'd so love to be there to help you through this!  What a sad, tragic situation for you and the family. PLEEEEEEASE take care of YOU!
