I need to go to the store so I am eating what i got but hopefully I get a chance to go tomorrow.

yesterday i ate

Breakfast:  Oatnut bread toast and a bananna
lunch:  oven roasted chicken and salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomato small amount of dressing
dinner:  Salad with roastd chicken
snacks:  pita chips ( Stacy's naturals)
               peach
               bananna 
               3 or 4 cherries

For breakfast today I had oatmeal with bananna and blueberries.

Don't know what i'll have for lunch.  I have eggs so i might make an omelet.

Dinner:  Haven't thought that far yet.

Oh, I'll bring up the rear today.  Mine is usually dragging in anyway.

I WORE ORANGE TODAY.  Doesn't mean a thing to you Yankees... but today was WHATABURGER DAY.  Been in business 50 years and if you wore ORANGE you could get a free WHATABURGER.  It's WHATABURGER should be... In the last week, I've eaten two WHOLE hamburgers... first time in six years... I've got to NOT do that again.

I had soft tacos for lunch.  A burger for dinner.  And a hand full of almonds, one iced coffee, one hot coffee, and a 20oz Gatorade.

That's it for me.  I've got a small roast in the crockpot.
