Good morning crew mates!
Just sailing along here, but today promises to be really busy, so I'm not sure how the eating will all work out. I'll just have to do my best, which is all any of us can do!
Yesterday:
cottage cheese/cantaloupe
Lean Cuisine Baja Chicken Quesidilla (very yummm, you ought to try one)
Southwest pork stew
applesauce w/ lf granola
few baked pita chips.
Okay, our little crew, how's your eating going?

After a couple of bites at breakfast, I felt stuffed. That's unusual so I put it away for later.
Too much stress has a bad effect on me and I don't want to eat. That's the exact opposite of 4 years ago.
When I get home after my hair appointment and the gym, plus lots of water, I'll try again.
