Good morning crew mates!

Just sailing along here, but today promises to be really busy, so I'm not sure how the eating will all work out. I'll just have to do my best, which is all any of us can do!

Yesterday:

cottage cheese/cantaloupe
Lean Cuisine Baja Chicken Quesidilla (very yummm, you ought to try one)
Southwest pork stew
applesauce w/ lf granola

few baked pita chips.

Okay, our little crew, how's your eating going?

Drunken Sailor I was served breakfast in bed. Rather a nice way to start the day.

After a couple of bites at breakfast, I felt stuffed. That's unusual so I put it away for later.

Too much stress has a bad effect on me and I don't want to eat. That's the exact opposite of 4 years ago.

When I get home after my hair appointment and the gym, plus lots of water, I'll try again.

Hello Susan.....here I am floating along....hope you manage to eat and get your water in today!!

Yesterday....

B-High protein Drink
S-nectarine
L-turkey and cheese rollups (while I worked!!!)
D-bourbon chicken and fresh peas
S-that eveil POPCORN!!!

B - Peanut butter on 4 crackers.
L - Smart Ones Rigatoni with chicken and broccoli
S - pudding cup (60 cal.) and grapes
D - If I go to the concert - a cheeseburger on the top half of the bun.  I throw out the bottom of the bun.
      If I stay home - chicken and veggies
S - peaches
