Margo....we have cooler temps these last couple days too. I don't miss the humidity but I do miss the hotter weather! I went for my 3 mile walk this morning in shorts and a t-shirt and almost froze!!

Karen....so sorry you are having these issues...hope you can get some help soon.
George....I can relate....I have people I would love to get rid of...just can't! It makes our jobs that much more stressful!
I have a funeral to go to today. A good friend and it will be a hard funeral to get through.
I need to get back to work....have a good day everyone.

Today is my 3 year surgiversary -- hard to believe it's been that long. I am in good health, and very happy, but not where I want to be weight-wise. It's no one's fault but my own and I readily admit that. But it won't stop me from trying to achieve what I know is possible.
The ride has been great and I am very thankful that I was able to have the surgery at age 68.
