Yesterday was a hoot, I'll post about it on the Daily thread. Good friends, good times, good food.
roast beef /swiss on one slice double fiber bread
bbq pork, some baked beans, potato salad and yes, ice cream cake( a little sliver, oh yum!)
fiber one bar
steak, 1/2 baked potato, corn
applesauce w/ lf granola
Off to get ready for another day. Hope you boats are all sailing well!

Yesterday I finished day 2 of the 5dpt. Been getting in all of my water so my skin is looking much less wrinkled. It makes me wonder why I stick the things I do in my mouth. Those first two days with just the protein drinks, clear liquids, and cream soup I had no problems at all. I don't get physically hungry. Makes me want to stay on it a few more days.
Day 12 optifast and dinner, baked chicken, spagitti squash, necterine.
