Good morning crew mates!

I've decided my best chance at fixing the pattern of trying to catch up on my calories in the evening is to simply come into the house from work and go straight to bed!  Old, bad habits are creeping back inot my life and they must go!

1/2 bagel thin w/ deli turkey
sliver of carrot cake
other half bagel thin
chicken thigh and some broccoli/cauliflower salad
banana
mini bag popcorn
slice of cheese
fiber bar

There it is. I still came within my 1400 cals, but crap, looks like all I did was eat all day. Today will, and MUST be better!!!!!!!

S-Fiber One Bar

I wasn't feeling well yesterday, so I didn't exercise and did eat more carbs that I would have otherwise, but still did pretty well!

B--scrambled eggs and beef sausage
S--raw, unsalted pecans
L--tacquitos
S--salted mixed nuts
S--frozen low-carb cappachino
D--onion rings and chicken wings

Thanks for running this daily thread, Susan--it's helping me to be accountable!

Susan - I understand about those old habits. Mine is trying to sleep and block out the world. Doesn't work.

Yesterday I cooked chicken sausage. The smell and sight made me feel like turning vegetarian. I'll stick to the tried and true.

B - kashi, cottage cheese, berries
L - deli ham, green beans
D - chicken & broccoli (how exciting )
S - apple & pb

Hi Susan and all!

I have been under the weather this last week and last weekend.  I have not been eating right so there really has been no need to write things down.  Trying to get back on track though.

Coffee
B-
S- string cheese and popsickle
L- ham and cheese roll ups
S- ?
D- slice of thin crust pizza
S- peanuts

Today will be better....
