Long Weekend Again

Morning Ladies.  The sun is shining and it's a beautiful day here on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia. I am off to the pool to start my swimming again.  I haven't done any for the past 6 months as I have been suffering with bursitis in my shoulder.  Unfortunately, lots of money later and no luck with the physio.  So I have decided to bite the bullet and just go down and do kickboarding and try to swim a few lengths.  Have deferred having anything more looked at with my shoulder because wls is so close.  Will go for mri once things have settled.

It is Father's Day here in Australia on Sunday and my boys are planning a surprise for their dad.  I am out of the loop but I suspect they are going fishing up the river.  I will have some nice salads ready to have with the fish they catch but I will also have some steaks in the fridge just in case.  Motto...Always be prepared!!  They have bought him a nudge bar to go on his new work vehicle.  Not sure when or how they are going to fit it without him knowing but they are resourceful boys. 

Anyway, hope everyone has a great weekend no matter what they are doing.

Hope all goes well with the boys surprises for their Dad.  How old are the boys?  It's nice you have good weather.  We are expecting a little wind and rain from Hurricane Earl.
Hope your shoulder felt OK after your swim.    You will love it after your WLS.
