I have to get moving early to go to get my labs drawn. Can't yet, but more importantly, NO LATTE!
Here's yesterday;
cottage cheese w/ cantaloupe, mini bagel
2 rolls of ham w/ WW cream cheese
leftover taco soup
protein coffee
1/2 pork chop w/ mashed sweet potato and sugar snap peas
watermelon

Good morning Sue and my OH buddies!
It's been a long time, but my new job is both exciting and exhausting; there is hardly time to think, let alone go on the net. Just happy to be working in this economy.
Have been having issues with not eating enough and not tolerating real food. Had dinner on Monday and threw it up; stayed on protein shakes and liquids until last night when I had lentils, and threw that up too.
Soooo, here is today's plan:
B - Oatmeal with wheat germ, milk, cinamon and raisins.
L - Protein bar
S - Muscle milk light
D - Tilapia and green beans (Wish me luck)
S - All brand cereal and milk.
